About the Role
We're looking for a Strategy Consultant to lead client engagements across corporate strategy, growth, and transformation projects. You'll work directly with C-suite executives to solve their most critical strategic challenges.
This is a senior role with significant client exposure and the opportunity to shape both client outcomes and the development of our practice.
What You'll Do
- • Lead client engagements from scoping through to delivery
- • Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior executives
- • Manage project teams and mentor junior consultants
- • Build lasting client relationships and contribute to business development
- • Drive thought leadership and practice development initiatives
What We're Looking For
- • 5-8 years of experience in strategy consulting at a top-tier firm
- • Proven track record of leading successful client engagements
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- • Excellent executive presence and communication skills
- • Experience developing and mentoring junior team members
- • MBA from a leading business school preferred
